Annie Hartounian has created a unique approach to Design with the formation of her LIFESTAHYL Design + Build Studio.
With a background in Interior Architecture and Management, she is able to bring forth a seamless blend of Interior Architecture and Design, while providing detailed Management of projects from conception to fruition. This approach allows her to work closely with clients, architects, vendors and contractors, in order to ensure that no stone is left unturned and every detail is flawless.
She carefully and thoughtfully assimilates a client’s wants and needs with the design at hand, to create spaces and environments for all of LIFE's necessities. The amount of thought and care put into every project, big or small, ensures a cohesive and pleasant experience for everyone involved.
There are no limits on the types of spaces that can be designed with Annie and her team. This tiny powerhouse packs a punch that is apparent throughout her work. Whether it's a residential, commercial, hospitality, or landscape design project, Annie and her team pride themselves on not only bringing together a vision, but also constructing an environment that depicts each client’s LIFESTAHYL.

Straight out of the gates of Woodbury University's Interior Architecture program, Annie began her journey through design with Residential projects for Multi-Family Housing / Community Residences. While working on these projects, which included model apartments, office spaces, and communal spaces, she began to simultaneously work on Hospitality projects; restaurants. Annie has continuously developed her career through various avenues in the broad field of Design and it all stems from her LIFElong love for Interiors, Case Goods, and Architecture. The more variety and originality in the projects she works on, the more her passion is fueled. She has a desire to be involved in all aspects of design and it is undeniably clear to see in her work. Her experience has allowed her the opportunity to work with all walks of life within the Design Field & Trade, which has given her the ability to obtain and maintain industry contacts whom she works with, hand in hand, to ensure each project is completed as it was envisioned.
